KONA COLVILLE CONNECTION – COROMANDEL PENINSULA Saturday 13 March 2010
There are three courses to choose from at the Colville Connection for 2010: the 72km classic course - DoC has allowed us to use the (low level) Coromandel Coastal Track around the northern end of the Peninsula again - with a limit of 1000 riders. Officially it remains closed to casual cyclists so don’t miss out! The Ground Effect Get on Yer Bike 40km course - this is our hard core off road challenge, but in 2010 we have revised it. It’s much the same length as previously, but the first half has less climbing and is less difficult; but it’s still not for beginners. Lastly, the Jungle Safari 24km is always popular and there are no changes planned!
